A brief presentation:

Lala is one of the pioneers of creative economy in Brazil, her work is internationally recognized thanks to the unique combination of sustainable development through creative economy and collaborative networking processes. Owner of “Enthusiasmo Cultural” has created the movement “Crie Futuros”. She is one of the founders of the “Núcleo de Estudos do Futuro” of the São Paulo Pontifical Catholic University –PUC, part of the UN Millennium Project. Senior Advisor to the Special Unit On South – South Cooperation, United Nations, 2005/2011. Member of the Board of the “Instituto Nacional de Moda e Design” / Official Brazilian Fashion Calendar). Coordinator of the first postgraduate (Brazil and Latin America) in Creative and Collaborative Economy, ESPM, 2014.

With a background in the performing arts , movies and television she is a futuristic and one of the pioneers of creative economy in Brazil Her work is internationally recognized thanks to the unique combination of sustainable development through creative economy and collaborative networking processes. Her career encompasses work with corporations, third sector, local governments and funding institutions, multilateral organizations and collaborative networks. Her current work focuses on the future: lectures, workshops ,consulting and special projects in countries of four continents about (1) Why the combination of Creative and Collaborative Economics is strategic in the twenty-first century, which opportunities do they offer and which are the required conditions (2) how to apply the systematization she developed to enterprises, local or national development.

This is an internationally recognized approach brought about by the unique combination of sustainable development through creative economy and collaborative networking processes. An important part of this methodology is the 4D Matrix: tools for working with a broader concept of wealth and quality of life that goes beyond the financial and allows to map, generate simultaneously, results and flow of resource in the four dimensions of sustainability: Environmental, Social, Financial and Cultural (4D). Some experiments of applying this Matrix are being conducted in an Ibero-American context.

Some small experiments of applying this 4D Matrix are being conducted in Brazil Argentina , Venezuela and Colombia, in areas such as crowdfunding , local development through culture and tourism; Data base for Collaborative Networks; collaborative city planning. Some recent projects:

• For UN and Government of Cabo Verde: multisectoral plan to expand the country’s commerce.

•For Sebrae Bahia and Arapyaú Institute: mapping possibilities for sustainable development for the Cocoa Coast through creative and collaborative economy

• For the City of Rio de Janeiro and “Luminosidade”: “Crio Redes”, collaborative planning exercise in which 400 participants propose actions for the city

• For SESC São Paulo: Exhibition “Amazonia BR” section portraying Desirable Futures for the Amazon.

Until 1992 she was essentially engaged in the performing arts, film and television. During this time she worked with well known persons in the Brazilian culture and some of her works are considered benchmarks in their respective sectors, and have received several awards.

From 1992 Lala seeks to combine the arts and the entrepreneurial world, by applying artistic languages to projects and corporate events having designed and directed dozens of strategies and events for major companies based in Brazil, utilizing an extensive knowledge of the corporate world.

As from 2000 her work focuses on consulting for the development of strategies centered on entrepreneurship, culture and local development, working with the third sector, Sebrae and local governments of various Brazilian states

After 2005 her work expands towards Creative Economy and performance in international cooperation in the formulation of strategies for innovation and sustainable development based upon creative economy, working in many countries.

From 2008 the network and collaborative culture is attached to her work and Lala implements the 4D Matrix : a multidimensional view of economics and sustainability , as it considers resources , processes and results simultaneously in the four dimensions of sustainability: (techno / natural ( Environmental ) , socio / political (Social ) ; monetary / solidarity ( Financial ) symbolic / cultural ( Cultural ) .
